Risk Control and Payment Supervisor

- Evaluate and analyze potential risks in payment processing and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Supervise and mentor a team of risk control and payment specialists, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Monitor payment transactions for irregularities and compile report on risk assessments, trends, and incidents.

- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting payment systems and ensure organizational practices meet these requirements.



Job Requirements:

- College Graduate (Preferred but not required)

- Payments, Bank, and/or finance industries related work experience (Preferred but not required)

- Knowledge of any sports like basketball and football (preferred)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.

- Detail oriented.

- Experience in leading teams and managing projects effectively.
