Risk Business Partner

Our client is a mining multinational dedicated to the extraction of minerals, based in Europe. They have operations all around the world, several of them in Chile and Peru. They are currently seeking a Risk Business Partner , who’ll act as a strategic partner to the asset, focusing on providing risk insights, supporting the business to connect risk management to performance objectives, fostering cross‑disciplinary collaboration, enabling ownership through coaching, and offering oversight on risk‑taking activities across all risk types (Social Performance, Project, H&S, environment, asset integrity, business, compliance, etc). The objective is to ensure that risks and controls are actively managed, owned by the line and embedded into decision making, rather than merely following processes.
