About the Role

RINA is currently recruiting for a Risk Assessment Lead to join its office in Helsinki within the Marine Design & Engineering Division.
Mission

The role involves working on challenging ship design projects, with an focus on exploring alternative design solutions, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. #LI-DP1
Key Accountabilities
Participate in ship design projects, with a focus on alternative design approaches, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the project department.

Participate in development and approval of innovative design solutions that go beyond prescriptive rules, ensuring safety, regulatory alignment, and class/flag compliance.

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential hazards across design and operational scenarios.
