About the Role

Rigid Driver

Excel Recruitment is now hiring a Rigid Driver for our client a leading hire company based in South Dublin to join their team. The ideal candidate will need to be capable of working as part of a team. The driver will need to be flexible as out of hours collections will be arranged with customers. The ideal candidate will be customer focused.

Responsibilities:

  • The Rigid Driver is responsible for carrying out their daily vehicle checks.

  • Reporting an issue with dockets, vehicles, customer orders.

  • Ensuring the vehicle is loading correctly prior to departure.

  • Conducting multiple deliveries and collections throughout Dublin City and County.

    • Requirements:


  • Full Clean Rigid (C) licence.

  • At Least 1 Years Experience of driving in Ireland or the UK.

  • Valid CPC Card with up-to-date module after September 10th 2025

  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
