Job Description
Perform rigging activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and instructions from the Lifting Supervisor.
Inspect lifting gears such as slings, shackles, hooks, and spreader bars before use.
Select appropriate rigging gear based on load weight, shape, and lifting method.
Assist crane operators during lifting operations and follow standard hand signals.
Ensure safe positioning and stability of loads during lifting and movement.
Secure loads properly and guide loads during lifting and lowering operations.
Maintain good housekeeping in lifting areas.
Follow PTW systems, HSE rules, and use required PPE at all times.
