Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Communications: Create, design, and write outbound communications to riders using channels such as email, push notifications, and our internal website.Intel Gathering and Reporting: Develop and manage rider intel gathering processes, including surveys and focus groups, to share insights on industry trends and rider pain points.Rider Engagement: Plan and execute creative rider engagement events while managing the Rider Engagement budget for Kuwait.Project Collaboration: Work with local and central teams to launch new projects.Seasonal Campaigns: Focus on seasonal campaigns, including sourcing partnerships and managing perks cam...
