:Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced RFP / Government Bid Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing government tenders and bids. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and bidding for IT Services, Asset Management projects, or Mobile Application development projects for Government / PSU clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Government RFP/RFQ/Tender response lifecycle.
Actively work on the GeM portal for bid participation, submission, reverse auctions, and compliance management.
Identify relevant government tenders via GeM, CPPP, state portals, and other procurement platforms.
Analyze tender documents, prepare compliance matrices, and ensure eligibility criteria fulfillment.
