About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan RF coverage for cellular networks (2G/3G/4G LTE/5G NR)
- Perform radio network dimensioning (sites, sectors, carriers, bandwidth)
- Create coverage, capacity, and interference predictions
- Select optimal site locations, antenna heights, azimuths, tilts, and power levels
- Conduct link budget analysis
- Optimize RF parameters to improve:
- Coverage
- Throughput
- Call/data success rates
- Handover performance
- Analyze KPIs and counters from OSS tools
- Support drive test analysis and implement optimization recommendations
- Coordinate with:
- Site acquisition teams
- Transmission engineers
- Optimization and field teams
- Prepare RF design documentation and reports
- Support network rollout, expansion, and modernization projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10, Php140,000.00 per month
