RF Optimization Engineer

Our client arehiring a RF Optimization Engineer to support telco company projects in Malaysia. The role requires strong analytical skills to optimize parameters, improve network KPIs, and ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF optimization and parameter tuning for telco company sites.
• Analyze drive test data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Troubleshoot RF issues and propose optimization solutions.
• Work with DTE/DTA teams to achieve KPI targets.
• Document and report optimization activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of RF optimization experience (Huawei preferred).
• Solid understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Genex and Nemo tools.
