RF Optimization Engineer

Conduct RF coverage analysis and performance evaluation of wireless networks.

 Utilize RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, iBwave) for network design and optimization.

 Perform Coverage and Capacity assessments.

 Prepare Detailed Plumbing Diagrams

 BTS Design and BOM Creation​

 Analyse network KPIs and troubleshoot performance issues.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of network

changes.

 Prepare detailed reports and presentations on network performance and optimization

strategies.

 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in RF engineering.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

 Proven experience in RF planning and optimization for mobile networks.

 Proficiency in RF planning software and tools.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
