About the Role
Job DescriptionThis is a great opportunity to become part of MediaTek’s highly experienced global RF team working on state-of-the-art 5G and 6G RF products in advanced CMOS processes.
Your responsibilities will include the design, implementation and verification of key analog and RF circuit blocks for 5G and 6G RF ICs such as filters, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, mixers or PLLs. You will have the opportunity to work on different parts of the RF transceiver systems over time and have access to mentoring by very experienced RF designers.
Qualifications and Essential Skills
•MEng/MSc/PhD degree (graduating in 2026) in Electronic Engineering with modules covering analog or RF integrated circuit design.
•Experience with CMOS analog or RF integrated circuit design
•Good understanding of IC layout and manufacturing process
•Strong analytical skills
•Self-motivated and able to work both in a team and autonomously
