RF Engineer, Test & Debug

Overview

This role is to support production, ensure product quality and drive process improvements. The engineer (troubleshooting) will act as a bridge between design, production and quality teams by providing hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.).
• Analyze failed PCBAs from production or customer returns (RMA) to determine root cause.
• Document failure analysis reports and repair actions.
• Collaborate with development, engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve yield.
• Able to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts and technical documentation.
• Provide support on the development and improvement of troubleshooting procedures and test fixtures.
