About the Role

THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Rewards Tools, Processes & Analytics Expert, you play a critical role in building, improving, and maintaining the tools and processes that support Coty’s global reward strategy. You will drive operational excellence, ensure data integrity, and deliver analytics that support better, faster decision‑making across our global teams.

You will be reporting to the Global Rewards leadership, and you will manage:
1. Reward Tools & Process Optimization
Design and maintain key reward processes (salary review, bonus cycles, job evaluations, mobility workflows).

Build and enhance automated tools, templates, dashboards, and macros.

Partner with HRIS to translate reward needs into system configurations.

Develop and maintain preventive controls and data validation steps.

Improve process efficiency and user experience across teams.
