Lean Solutions Group is a fast-growing company supporting U.S.-based organizations through nearshore operational and business solutions. As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a technical Revenue Operations Manager to help optimize and structure our revenue engine.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical Revenue Operations Manager to optimize our Go-To-Market tech stack and ensure seamless alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

You will be responsible for administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM , managing workflow automation, lead routing and data governance, optimizing lead generation tools such as Apollo , and building advanced dashboards and reporting in Power BI . You will also support integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our revenue systems.
