Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Return to Work (RTW) Specialist to support injured workers through their recovery and help achieve safe, timely, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Working within the Workers’ Compensation framework, you’ll collaborate closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, and medical providers to deliver positive and compliant RTW solutions.

Develop, implement, and monitor tailored return-to-work plans
Liaise with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and insurers
