About the Role

The Role

As a Retirement Analyst for Consulting supports the delivery of quality Retirement solutions covering plan valuations, design & review including plan conversions, plan administration, and other retirement benefit services. The Retirement Specialist may also get involved in insurance, health, and other risk projects requiring actuarial support.

Provides assistance to the Project Managers and Consultant/Senior Consultant in the following areas:Data preparation, validation & reconciliationAssumption settingActuarial valuation of retirement plans, including the use of WTW standard valuation software.Analysis of valuation resultsPlan benchmarking, design, and costingRetirement plan set-up, review, and harmonizationBenefit projections and individual benefit calculationsOther projects requiring actuarial skills (other employee benefits, insurance, HMO,
