Retail Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service by providing personalized product recommendations for parents and caregivers
• Maintain premium brand standards in visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product presentation
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure proper handling of high-value baby products
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques
• Handle customer concerns, feedback, and after-sales service professionally and promptly
• Prepare sales reports, schedules, and performance updates for management
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and child-focused product care guidelines
• Assist in promotions, product launches, and in-store events for premium baby brands
