Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign store staffs duties and guide towards maximum performance
- Authorize the exchange or return of merchandise
- Monitor stock levels, purchases and ensure stocks accordingly
- Resolve customer complaints and demands
- Inspect adn maintain store areas, inside and outside
- Analyze sales report and make plan as per
- Ensure the store maintains provincial and federal health and safety guidelines
