Job Summary:
The Retail Store Associate is responsible for assisting customers, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote products and support sales goals
• Handle sales transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper product display
• Replenish stocks and assist in inventory monitoring
• Address customer inquiries and concerns courteously
• Follow company policies and store procedures
• Assist in opening and closing store duties

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With or without retail experience
