Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Own sell-out performance across assigned retail chains and stores, with full accountability for store-level results.
Manage end-to-end in-store operations, including PG deployment, manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
Ensure optimal manpower coverage based on store traffic, peak hours, weekends, and sales campaigns; proactively reallocate resources when required.
