A successful Lebanese SMB is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to take ownership of execution across a multi-line business.
The business includes:
- Two retail stores
- A wholesale line of business
- An additional business line (4th line of operations)
The context (why this role exists)
- The stores have been running beautifully and successfully — largely because ownership has been deeply involved in daily management and training.
- Now, with new projects coming online, ownership is ready to take a step back and build a more structured, tightened operating model.
