About the Job

• Keep the physical and digital files of ops documentation (manuals, protocols, checklists, and operational forms) up to date and communicate updates to all stores.
• Prepare documentation requested by internal and external audits and shopping centers.
• Ensure that all stores have the required documentation displayed.
• Develop a yearly compliance plan for stores (permits, operational licenses, and others as need it)
• Deliver savings by preplanning tasks and new vendor options.
• Delivery monthly plans and Indicators (Service, store visits)
• Data analysis (Indicators, store information, vendor programs)
• Ensure stores get the services on a monthly and pre-peak seasonal periods.
• Coordinate the complete process of PO: creation, Tracking, Due date, special reques...
