A minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail management, with a focus on fashion or apparel. At least 3 years’ multi-stores management experience is highly desirable. Ability to develop and implement innovative retail strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate team.
