About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager with a strong background in tire/automotive to lead daily operations at a high-volume location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the front counter and the back shop—and knows how to keep everything running smoothly when things get busy.
The right person is calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and naturally steps in to support both customers and the team. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to support hiring and help build out the team.
