About the Role
- Take on a high-impact administration role with a leading property consultancy, managing a portfolio of shopping centres and approximately 120 tenants.
- Build valuable, long-term relationships with a diverse mix of retailers, service providers, and key stakeholders to grow professionally.
- No licence? No problem – we’ll support you in obtaining your real estate certification.
Who we’re looking for?
- Current QLD real estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
- Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.
