Retail Learning Manager

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Retail Learning Manager who will ensure the full execution of the LVA Retail Learning strategy for the Mexico, Caribbean and Central America region.
This busy and diverse role will work collaboratively with our store teams and cross-functional partners, monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of all training provided.
They will plan, implement and manage a structured training and development program for the respective region, which meets the needs of the business and team development.
Through follow up and coaching, the Retail Learning Manager will ensure Store and Team Managers leadership skills are developed by means of their competencies and store associates are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence through an elevated customer experience and enhanced brand sophistication.
