Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions and concerns promptly and courteously, assist guests with gaming needs, inform guests about promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items, apply selling behaviors during transactions, and show appreciation to every guest.
