Responsibilities

  • Retail Performance & Profitability

  • Drive P&L for + stores, ensuring profitability through cost optimization and revenue growth.

  • Monitor sales KPIs (footfall, conversion rates) and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with Merchandising teams to optimize product mix per country.

  • Customer Experience (CX) Excellence
