About the Role
Job Description
- Design, deploy, and manage endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms to support retail and e-commerce operations
- Configure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms (such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions)
- Develop and implement device configuration policies, security standards, and compliance requirements aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines
- Automate routine endpoint management tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to improve operational efficiency
- Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, onboarding, updates, patch management, and decommissioning
- Monitor endpoint health, security posture, and performance metrics; analyze data to identify and resolve issues proactively
