We are looking for a talented Retail Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at COUCH DESIGNS SDN BHD. In this full-time, in-person role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key part in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience in our retail store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of retail sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies
