Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in store with a positive, professional attitude.
• Understand and explain product features, benefits, and promotions.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and tidy store presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory tasks.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish live streams and short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Showcase products creatively to educate, inspire, and drive sales.
• Host live sessions — product demos, Q&A, promotions, launches.
• Engage with the audience during live streams (reply to comments, encourage interaction).
• Use trending formats/music/hashtags to grow brand visibility.
