About the Role

Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for one of our clients based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. You will lead a team committed to ensure operational efficiency, and achieve the goals set out by the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, well presented with a hands-on attitude.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer complaints

  • Available to work 4/5 nights a week.

  • Must be able to work late from 6pm – 4am and weekends.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure

  • €15.00 – €18.00 per hour
