About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and floor activities
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Train, coach, and motivate service staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and stock management
- Prepare daily reports and support administrative tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant at all times
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of working experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role
