Restaurant Implementation Specialist - Home Office

We are looking for a full-time Accounting Operations Specialist for an accounting firm that works with restaurants in the United States. This person must be tech-savvy and a good amount of experience in accounting for restaurants.
Job responsibilities:
- Help with the onboarding process of new clients by helping them get used to the restaurant management platform, Restaurant 365.
- Understand the workings of restaurants operations and accounting to help them implement best practices.
- Understand reconciling vendor statements to internal accounting records.
- Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and customized system features.
- Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
