About the Role
We are looking for a locally based Restaurant Development Manager to provide world-class account management and support to the restaurant partners. This will be a hands-on job, managing a team of account managers and working with the local restaurant owners that are on Wolt.
What you'll be doing
Driving and managing the growth of our current cities by improving venue performance through strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
Onboarding new restaurants from start to finish onto the platform
Responsible for the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding.
Key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners.
Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
Analyzing the local market on an ongoing basis.
