We’re now seeking a passionate and experienced **Food & Beverage Supervisor Full Time** to support the Atrium Lounge team in delivering warm, seamless, and elevated service within this elegant social hub.
**Your Day-to-Day**
+ Supervise the restaurant & bar during service, ensuring a premium guest experience aligned with InterContinental’s luxury standards.
+ Support and guide team members during shifts, making sure they follow service and grooming standards.
+ Coordinate daily operational tasks, including set-up & pack down, ensure seamless service to a 5-star standard, timely table turn around, and staff delegation.
+ Manage roster adjustments and shift coverage in real-time to support efficient service delivery.
