RESPONSIBLE AI LEAD (GOVERNANCE, RISK, ETHICS & COMPLIANCE)

Role Purpose

Establish and operationalize a Responsible AI framework ensuring ethical, compliant, transparent, and trustworthy AI deployment across the group and its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Responsible AI policies, standards, and guidelines
• Operationalize AI governance covering:
  • Data privacy
  • Bias and fairness
  • Explainability and transparency
  • Human-in-the-loop controls
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements
• Conduct regular AI risk assessments, audits, and impact reviews
• Partner with legal, compliance, IT security, and data teams
• Advise AI and product teams on ethical design and deployment
• Develop and deliver Responsible AI training programs
