About the Role

As part of this challenge, you will coordinate purchasing activities for several projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Purchasing coordination for several projects, comprising:
Need definition, purchase approvals.
Provider selection, negotiating purchasing terms and conditions. 
Purchase Order placement and progress tracking. 
Goods-in side co-ordination: reception, incoming inspection, inventory, materials warehousing/release to production
Reporting to project responsibles on purchase requests status 
Transfer software licenses to final customers and Management of some suppliers services
