As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensively understanding the requirements for technical positions at High Tech Genesis. Key Responsibilities:
• Understand technical requirements for recruitment positions
• Manage applicant pipelines in the ATS from start to finish
• Conduct competency-based interviews with candidates
• Document and organize interview notes clearly
• Collaborate with technical teams on candidate selection
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years as a Technical Recruiter in IT or engineering
• Fluent in French and English communication
