About the Role

Job Description
The Operational Resilience Senior Manager will lead on oversight and assistance to 1st line of defence (1LoD), to interpret and maintain compliance to resiliency policy requirements, driving high quality and best practice aligned to current standards and regulatory requirements.
This hands-on role will support NA and will be a subject matter expert (SME) Operational Resilience. You will report to the Business Resilence Manager.
You will also be expected to lead on regional crisis management incidents (following the Global Crisis Management Framework).
Important partners will be NA Exec team Team, Senior Leaders
Supporting 1LOD teams establish operational resilience to meet our Resilience policy and standards, through advice, monitoring, training and testing.
