About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join a brand-new team at a 2-bed children's home in Leigh. This is a great opportunity to be part of setting up a new service and making a real difference from day one.
The home supports children with SEMH, EBD and learning difficulties , so we're looking for someone who is confident, compassionate and able to build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, working under an experienced Registered Manager, helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
