We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to assist a visually impaired, type 1 diabetic, independent adult- in his home - for full-time night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Respect the individual?s rights, independence, and choices within their home.
• Provide accurate, legible documentation: shift logs, incident reports, and assigned record-keeping.
• Monitor, record, and administer insulin when required (training provided).
• Complete assigned household tasks and maintain sanitary practices.
• Participate in and encourage engagement in community or personal activities.
• Communicate effectively with the participant, co-workers, and family members.
• Attend team meetings and required training.
