Residential Development Manager

The ideal candidate need to know and Understand shop drawings, approvals, consultant coordination, monitor budgets, variation, able to negotiate on site value engineering measures,

planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• BE ( Civil ) from a reputed college
• Experience at site – a min of 12 years, with well known developers and projects in residential real estate
