This is a live‑in Resident Superintendent role supporting a 58‑unit residential property in HRM. The position requires a reliable, hands‑on individual who can manage day‑to‑day building operations, maintenance, and resident relations while serving as the on‑site point of contact. The successful candidate will oversee building upkeep, support leasing activity, respond to resident needs, and ensure the property operates safely and efficiently.
