Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support the delivery of a retrofit programme focused on energy efficiency improvements. The RLO will act as the key point of contact between residents, the client, and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout the works.

To deliver a retrofit programme of energy efficiency works.

Covering Bedford & surrounding areas including Milton Keynes, Colmworth, Kempston and Nuneaton.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role within construction, social housing, or retrofit projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working on retrofit or energy efficiency programmes is highly desirable
