Resident Engineer-Upper Works

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Postgraduate qualification in Hydraulics, Structural Engineering, or Water Resources (desirable)
• Minimum 10–15 years of professional civil engineering experience
• At least 7–10 years in dams and hydropower projects
• Proven experience in: Upper works construction (spillways, intake, gates, powerhouse superstructure); Site supervision or resident engineering roles; Contractor management and construction coordination
• Experience with FIDIC-based or donor-funded projects is an advantage
• Supervision of dam and hydropower upper works
• Concrete works, reinforced concrete structures, and hydraulic structures
• Interpretation of engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Quality assurance, inspection, and testing
• Construction progress monitoring and reporting
