Job Summary
The Resident Engineer is responsible for the overall supervision of the mall's equipment operations to ensure the continuous and efficient provision of utilities essential to mall operations. The role includes planning and implementation of repairs, preventive maintenance, and replacement of MEPFS equipment and related systems to ensure safe and efficient mall operations.
The position also ensures the mall's compliance with standards and regulations set by government agencies and local government units. The Resident Engineer will serve as the designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the mall.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct planning and supervision of engineering activities, including electro-mechanical equipment operations and maintenance.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and engineering project management.
