Resident Engineer

Technical Support & Troubleshooting Resolve 1.L2/L3 escalations for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and system peripherals. 2.Troubleshoot OS issues across Windows 10/11, macOS, and standard enterprise applications. 3.Manage local networks, diagnosing issues with LAN patching, Wi-Fi connectivity. System Administration & Security 1.Configure user profiles and maintain Active Directory (AD) or Azure AD for account creation and group permissions. 2.Enforce cybersecurity standards by managing encryption tools (BitLocker, McAfee Endpoint Encryption) and checking Automate software deployments and monitor endpoints through management consoles like Microsoft Intune or SCCM. Facilitate data backups and disaster recovery protocols during hardware failure or asset transitions.
