Resident Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all the scope of works are executed in accordance with the construction drawings.
• Administration of day to day matters arising between construction managers, consultants and sub-contractor on all elements of work.
• To notify the consultants if there is any discrepancy on the drawings and obtain official confirmation from the consultants.
• To resolve daily technical site issues with project manager and sub-contractor.
• To monitor site progress in relation to stage completion to avoid any work delay

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
• At least 10 years minimum experience in construction fields
• Required Skill(s) : Ms Office, Ms Project, Auto Cad
• Highly dedicated, good interpersonal/communication skill, responsible and team-focused
• Possess relevant Resident Engineer certification is advantages
