RESIDENT ENGINEER - C&S

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities, and contractors to provide planning, design, and supervision leadership, ensuring prompt resolution of site issues and timely project completion. Ensure proper documentation of all site activities, including site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built submissions. Witness all inspections, testing, and commissioning activities conducted by contractors to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor site works to ensure strict adherence to approved method statements and work procedures. Supervise structural works and promptly identify any non-conformities or deviations from approved designs and specifications. Ensure that the Builder executes all works in accordance with the Consultant's instructions.
